Lavish NP provides services targeting medical and mental  wellness. This includes consults  for weight loss management , psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management . Weight loss methods include use of Semaglutide and other wellness modalities.  Semaglutides are a medication in the class of incretin mimetics. This drug class works by helping the pancreas to release the right amount of insulin when blood sugar levels are high. Insulin helps move sugar from the blood into other body tissues where it is used for energy. Your BMI must be 27.0 or greater ( you can calculate this prior to your visit using a BMI calculator found online )to qualify for semaglutides. We look forward to assisting you on your wellness journey.


A list of the fee schedule can be found  prior to booking an appointment. The fee is due at the time of the visit. The site will prompt you to place a card on file. There is a $1.00 hold . We will discuss what method of payment you prefer once your visit starts. You will have the option to use Zelle, Venmo or the card on file. 


Please cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours in advance . 

NOTE* Lavish NP has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is missed, cancelled or changed with less than 24 hour notice, it will incur 50% of cost of visit charge. 

After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your card on file will be billed 50% of visit fee i.e., new patient consultation $150 (will be billed $75 )

Please be advised The Lavish NP is an out of network provider, meaning we do not accept insurance .While your medication may be covered by insurance (It's possible that some insurers won't cover the medication. In that case, you'll have the option to pay cash). The price range of your medication varies. If it is a semaglutide i.e., (Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepound) the price can range from $900-$1200. Usual recommendation for medication regimen to be successful and keep weight off is approximately 3-6 months (depending on your goals ). The Lavish NP is not liable or responsible for lack of insurance coverage . We advise due diligence for insurance inquiries prior to your visit .
